System Navigation Data Dictionary form

The Deacom Data Dictionary stores information on Deacom fields and tables. The Dictionary displays the table name and description and the field name and description. The Dictionary also shows the type and size of the variable stored by the field. This information cannot be modified by the user.

Data Dictionary form

Field	Description
Table	Table in which the Field is stored.
Table Description	Description of the Table. Field Name of the field.
Field Description	Description of the Field.
Type	Kind of data stored in the Field (e.g. numbers, characters, date, time).
Width	The number of pixels the field measures.
Related	Tables and Fields related to this Field.
Version Added	Indicates the Deacom version this database field was added in the system. This allow fields to be cross referenced with the help system for functionality.
